Account information (email, display name), diagnostic search history, saved codes, vehicle information you provide, AI conversation logs, and standard analytics data (page views, device type, location at city level).

To provide the diagnostic service, personalize your experience, process payments, improve our AI assistant, and communicate about your account and new features.

How We Protect It

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security policies. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@vehicleexaminer.com. CCPA and GDPR rights are respected.
